We’re proud to share one of our latest projects, completed for Planit Construction: a selective demolition of approximately 5,000 square feet in Orlando, Florida.This work was part of the build-out process for the upcoming J.Crew store located in the East Colonial area.The demolition was carried out during overnight hours,allowing us to stay on a tight schedule without affecting the mall’s daytime operations.
Our crew completed the project in record time, leaving the area clean,clear,and ready for the next phase of construction.Throughout the entire process, we strictly followed all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure workenvironment for our team and to protect the surrounding spaces.As specialists in interior and selective demolition, we focused on removing only the targeted elements while preserving all necessary structures for the remodel. Our company had the opportunity to work with Comanche Construction on a build-out project in Sarasota, Florida. The site was formerly occupied by Forever 21 and is now being converted into the new Foot Locker Kids store, located at University Town Center.
The scope of work included the demolition of approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of interior space, following the client’s demolition plans. The project was executed with full compliance to safety and environmental standards, ensuring the site was prepared for the upcoming construction phase.The demolition process was completed within an estimated duration of 10 days, meeting the client’s timeline and project requirements.
