We successfully completed an interior demolition of approximately 7,000 sq. ft. as part of the build-out for the new Books-A-Million (BAM) location in Merritt Island. The scope of work included the removal of drywall partitions, ACT ceiling, lighting fixtures, electrical wiring, and ceramic tile flooring, as requested by our client.

We successfully completed an interior demolition and build-out prep for Jackovic Constructions at the new Five Below store in Daytona Beach, FL. Our team delivered the project in just 4 days, clearing a 9,900 sq. ft. space and leaving it ready for the next phase of construction. The work was completed using proper procedures, professional equipment, and strict safety methods throughout the process.
Selective Demolition for New J.Crew Store in Orlando, FL
We’re proud to share one of our latest projects, completed for Planit Construction: a selective demolition of approximately 5,000 square feet in Orlando, Florida. This work was part of the build-out process for the upcoming J.Crew store located in the East Colonial area.
The demolition was carried out during overnight hours, allowing us to stay on a tight schedule without affecting the mall’s daytime operations. Our crew completed the project in record time, leaving the area clean, clear, and ready for the next phase of construction.
